What data we process and why

• Contact details you provide (name, phone, email and the content of your message) when you write to us on WhatsApp, call or email us: to answer your enquiry and manage your appointment.
• Browsing data (IP address, device, pages viewed and interactions with the contact and booking buttons): to measure the performance of the website and of our advertising campaigns, only if you accept cookies.
• Booking data: the salon's diary is managed on an external booking platform, which acts as a provider and processes your data under its own policy.

This website does not collect health data. Information about treatments, allergies or informed consent is collected, where applicable, in person at the salon and processed separately under article 9 GDPR.

Legal basis

• Your consent, for measurement and advertising cookies and for commercial communications, if expressly authorised.
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, to manage your appointment.
• Legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries addressed to us.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The following act as processors on our behalf: our web hosting provider, the booking platform, the messaging and email providers we use to reply to you and, when you accept cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. through the Meta pixel (id 4303957916506476) and Google Ireland Ltd. through the embedded map and fonts. Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers based on standard contractual clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions.

Retention

We keep your contact details for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods. Browsing data is kept for the periods stated in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to laboutiquedelabelleza.jfn@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
